That an offer for Noront can be done while they{NOT}are in a bidding war right now,or would they have to wait until after Dec 1?I'm just thinking,maybe we will see majors work faster then we think,so Cliffs don't own it all in the future.If the get FWR,and have 10% KWG,they wont be far off.
