I like your idea of the institutions taking NOT to $3.00 . Assuming FWR drifted up to $.75, FWR holders could sell in the market or vote for NOT. There would not likely be that many shares of NOT to mop up on the way up , since most NOT retail do not want to sell at any price until drilling has more thoroughly examined the full potential. So, indirectly NOT would be raising the bid for FWR and any FWR holder as well as NOT retail should like that. Question, how high are the institutions ready to take NOT without a second major "picking up the tab" of sorts ? There seems to be a level at which that major would have to surface. And is it possible no other major wants to jump in at this point for the sake of FWR's Cr.? We have to hope a second major feels a big stake in this.
