Maybe they will let cliffs struggle for a while.Still alot of costs,uncertenties(permits,infrastucture,natives etc)ahead.They (X)prefer to pay when they have too.These are not the gambling guys(I know that for a fact).Also donot forget they have a perfect alternative,which in the end might suit them better.(better quality Cromite)Who has to consolidate now?(that is if cliffs deal goes through).Still a lot of room to manoeuvre and still lots of time to cure uncertenties.
