It has flushed out the FWR board sentiment. Now, unforeseeing something that is not available to the eye, we can presume that the FWR retailer was not a consideration here, and from what I can gather, it was expected that the retailer would be taken into consideration.

If the problem is compensation, Noront has to offer something that mitigates it's offer to FWR. I think they are smart enough to take the proper sting out of their offer, it is time for a little softball.

But then, it depends on NOT's true motivations, which we should soon find out.
