Curt22, I do not understant your comment due to:

If less then 2/3 of the FWR shares are tendered then Noront can not take the shares and vote them because per Noront's own conditions, they will not have owneship of them. In that situation the shares are still owned by the original owner and revert to the shareholder. Read the "customary conditions of completion" in the offer ( 2/3 down in the document).
