I do not argue the point that they can remove that condition, or redo the entire offer, but I argue the point of my offering a share under a condition and then they taking that share under a different condition without my agreement.

I consider that breaking original agreement under which the share was offered, breaking a contract if you please, and grounds for me taking legal action.

I doubt Noront would be pleased under the circumstances. There must be someting wrong with my understanding or your confirmation.
