Clearly at some point consolidation is desirable and would benefit the value of the entire ring.

However it can happen anytime. Is it necessary that consolidation take place in 2009 or can it be 2010?

I am not taking sides but it is entirely possible that Cliffs or Xstrata will buy not only FWR but NOT/KWG and SPQ.

It matters not the sequence of the acquisitions, only that they happen. I see no immediacy.
