Good morning again:I posted too quick, I forgot to include--->'B'.

Good morning Posty: Relax, it is simply a gradual readjustment to a 3:1 for further negotiations with Fw.

B) since you can't raise Fwr share value, to reach a 3:1 ratio, which they demand, then simply termporarily reduce Notont's share dowards to that ratio. Shortly afterwards allow it to resume it's normal value upwards. Cheapest and easiest way out of one of the bones of contention with Fwr share holsers. Both win.
