the cliff's deal has little upside unless they increase their bid price. the noront bid has more risk but unlimited upside. noront is one news release away from sweetening the deal and we don't know what wes has up his sleeve. also i think the chances of a major coming in and buying noront after they pick up freewest and possibly probe are much greater than someone trying to buy cliffs to get into the rof.
