I would favour a deal ( still 1:4) just for the Ring of Fire assets of FWR per Cliffs offer, however that would no longer be a merger but a buyout of those assets.

The only favourable aspect to a current FWR holder would be that he would hold shares of both companies but they would be seperate entities.
