There is an old saying: Money talks and BS walks.

I regret to conclude that unless Noront has a major backer, Cliffs money will do the talking.

But the same saying also applies to Cliffs and all the RoF juniors. When the majors ( read xstrata) are convinced that the RoF is worth their time and investment, money will talk again.
