Cliffs wins, they want just 30 years worth at this time, cheaper that way. Build rail and smelter. Mine the chrome. Have to have NOTs Eagle mined to support rail. Screw the rest.

NOT doesn't get FWR, they will mine the Eagle and sell the chrome to whoever buys with shipping on Cliffs rail.

Cliffs doesn't get FWR, they will have to pay what its worth from Noront. Most likely they will pay what its worth and build rail and smelter.

Nobody wins, then everybody has to do a JV so everybody makes more money.

In the end there will be NOT and Cliffs and the governments(local/provincial/federal) of Canada.
