Agreed, but do you really see Cliffs paying top-dollar for NOT's Chromite if they're already sitting on more than they can mine in a 30 year period? No doubt NOT's chrome would eventually be worth something to Cliffs, but I think it's all supply and demand, no? Not trying to be difficult, I'm trying to learn.
