anything to tender has got to be today in order to be processed by the brokers for the transfer into Not account if they want to calculate the percentage of shares by Tuesday.

I don't know if the Fwr SH have been notified about the deadline but maybe there is an understanding that Not will extend the closing deadline.

I see that the share price is building up so the incentive is going to be there.

Only thing to do now is to welcome the Fwr SH to the family if they decide to join us in this exiting venture.
