As we stand now at $2.20 the offer of amalgamation from Not to Fwr SH is pretty similar if not better , considering that the offer is for $.55 share and a spin off for the rest quantified in a $.15 [ amount that the market is not buying].

the only decision for the Fwr's SH is to choose the aftermath consequences : use the spin off of their shares to build again a successful new company or go for the immediate upside of Not and the long term , very appealing future , venture .
