Lar; Your above statement would appear to be correct. And based on this, one can assume that there will be no news until after the close on Monday.

Based on what the total committed shares of FWR are at that time, they will decide on strategy going forward. It seems only logical that they have news to release, and it is very plausible that this news is strategic. Under the circumstances, they are justified in withholding it until the right moment, and releasing along with results on the FWR thing.

Today and Monday are important days here, as we are now at the point where final decisions have to be made. Committ or withhold???
