Do not discount anybody from having a say in the matter because sometime electing parties are so even that a small minority of voters can affect the outcome of an election.

This has been proved everywhere in the world; Canada is an example . The political arena is so even that a small party [ NDP ] is the balance.

Two hundred voters having few more or few less than i , can come up with millions of shares and become the needle of the balance in the voting .

As many members have posted on this forum once and if the small juniors will come together, they will be a force to be reckon with by any Major outfit because
