You can depend on the governments to pitch in on the roads and rail ways because they are not only for the use of the companies involved in the Ring but are for the whole public to use.

However to expect that government would anty over cash for a smelter to be built in Canada, that is a bit much. Yes there is a certain lack of jobs in the north but the public has been milked enough as is and the infrastructure cost is asking more than enough.

If you advertise that you will build then you should deliver and not feed off the public trough.
