A 43-101 cannot give you a precise value on any resources , it looks like a personal dream and nothing wrong with it if you realize that .

One thing for sure is that we are in for a very handsome XMAS bonus Fwr and Not SH alike , delivered straight in our bank account;

Better still , it will be a life changer ,economically speaking , for some of us.
