Most of you know that I do enjoy playing with the numbers. With respect to NOT's most recent offer and specifically "The implied value of this offer is C$0.86" I am struggling to ascertain how they came up with this implied value.

At the time of today's offer, NOT's S/P was $2.25 and based on a 3.5 to 1, this equates to $0.6428 per share.

I do understand that there is also the warrant consideration but mathmetically, how does it figure in? (if it does)

Anyone care to elighten me?

Cheers,

Milsy1
