43-101 this quarter - Blackbirds

Hello All,

It's been a while since I've posted anything - things have been busy personally and professionally. I have therefore not been focusing on my NOT and FWR (or any other for that matter) investments - what a surprise this has all been. A good one at that.

I'll cut to the chase though - We have repeatedly been told that NOTs 43-101 on the Blackbirds will be released in the 4th quarter of 09. Wes has been true to his word since he's been on board and I don't think he would compromise his business integrity (think of the other people he has to please - rather than us retail) and delay release of this information. If you're looking for flurries - this would be the equivalent to a blizzard.

I have no contacts within NOT, I have no inside information, and no crystal ball. With that disclaimer, I will say that the 43-101 on the Blackbirds will be out before Christmas due to Wes track record (like him or not). Since I've been a long for some duration, and have not watched my investments in the past month - I think I can wait until Christmas. Think of it as a holiday treat....that you just have to wait for. Can you wait?
