Message: CLF increases bid to 90 cents

"The" (Freewest) "Board of Directors maintains its view that the Noront offer is financially inadequate and opportunistic, and fails to recognize the strategic value of Freewest's assets and its future value-creation."

Mac and Freewest BOD felt the previous offer from Cliffs was generous and thier BOD recommended it straight away as they have again this time around. I would say that Cliffs previous offer as well as the current offer is the one that is opportunistic, and fails to recognize the strategic value of Freewest's assets and its future value-creation, not the Noront offer. Cliffs offers 4 cents more and it is a fantastic offer according to Freewest BoD. What difference does 4 cents make when we all know that with NOT the potential is there to make significant gains. Again it is my opinion that Mac Watson and Freewest BOD are in this for themselves and not for the Freewest shareholders.
