Misfit, you state, "...I believe this is and will be NOT's final offer, as they have stated."

I won't believe NOT has made their final offer until they make their bid for FWR's RoF properties and the chromium only. That is what NOT really wants.

Also, I have found Cliff's offer this morning to be niggardly in the extreme as compared to NOT's last offer which for me calls in to question Cliff's determination to continue bidding against NOT.

Perhaps Cliffs and NOT will come to some kind of arrangement (and maybe that was what it was all about to begin with).
