There is a point of diminishing advantage to a Cliff's offer.

NOT.V can seal the deal with FWR folks, by hitting investing world with NR reporting offers they've considered and said no to. Offers in the $10-$15 range (If there is one above this, I doubt it can be mentioned). This will make NOT.V an obvious multiple return on investment and bring SP above $6.00, perhaps closer to $8. If needed, Wes can extend offer date past 12/11 deadline.

Cliffs will have to reconsider FWR. V offer and will probably counter. However, Wes has created a Win-Win scenario. He's increased the overall perceived value of his own chromite to sweeten a deal for nickel. Plus he's increased not.v market cap and made a lot of us happy. And at an $8.00 SP, many Freewest SH won't mind sticking with Noront even if Cliffs does up the offer by $.05 to $.15, because FWR.V shareholders would have made their target $2 and still be in ROF. Unless cliffs has the eggs to seal the deal with a major increase (which it seems the business world doesn't operate this way), NOT.V will have their FWR.V chromite, and happy freewest shareholders in their pocket at no further dillution.

I'm suggesting there is a point of diminishing advantage to a Cliff's offer. If FWR.V shareholder's get a profit they are happy with, no matter what Cliff's offers, staying in a company like NOT.V that can offer still more multiples is attractive. Since Cliff's new deal wipes FWR.V off the map, Wes can change the hostile takeover to a friendly Noront takeover, if personal animosities can be set aside.

Please debate this. Within the debate, has NOT.V board considered the strategy? If the strategy is sound, someone please forward to WES or call him. He's got an SF conference targeting the money this Tues, so this needs to happen ASAP.
