Message: Re: Wes's comments on latest offer - from Northern Miner

As per Wes:

Hanson said Noront’s offer was a “better deal” that included the value of the future warrants and the company’s rising share price.

We all know that without any additional offers in order for the NOT bid to be successful (your definition of success might differ from mine) NOT's S/P must continue to increase. Leaving tax implications (which benefits tendering to NOT) and Blue Sky aside, NOT's S/P to be equal with the Cliffs bid must be $3.15.

Some posters of late have went out on limbs lately. I'm going to step out on one myself and state that by the tail end of next week, we are at $3.50+.

Have a great day!

Cheers,

Milsy1
