Not values the warrant on their last offer as .22. They totaled their bid at .86. They got this from a stock pirce of 2.25 at the time.

2.25 devided by 3.5 shares = .64 add the warrant to that and you get .86.

But if you use todays stock price of 2.57 devided by 3.5 shares and add the .26 warrant you get .................. .99
