Curt, you left out one small detail - these warrants are not listed/tradeable. That is why recognised valuation methods do not apply. What you are really being given is the right to participate in a pp at $4 to the strike date. Big deal, the insts already have that and paid NOTHING. You need to do some dd before giving away your fwr shares.
