I agree 100 % (woops did I just say that) there is something really big going on and none of us know for sure. I just think we are better off merged plain and simple. As for the trust issue, I don't trust either side, but its better the devil you know than the devil you don't.
Not to mention the fact that Wes had nothing to do with the takeover of NOT, I don't know why he keeps getting included in it. The guy had/has a great reputation and was put in place long after the takeover.
It just amazes me the blind faith of some for FWR BOD and Cliffs, so far I kind of see it the absolute opposite way. Mac and the boys get rich, the retail shareholder is out of the ROF and any blue sky, and Cliffs gets the crome. And what if Cliffs decides after the deal is done that it might be best to sit on the resource for a few years? Then what?
Thing is I write my posts for those of us who think we should merge and FWR takes our deal. For the people that take the opposing view, carry on, do what you want. If you read the posts on this forum it’s clear that most of the folks here want the merge to happen. Maybe I’m wrong but I don’t think so.
We’re all entitled to our opinions my friend and some should be a little more tolerant of other opinions. I don’t make anyone read my opinion in fact you can block my posts if you like but it doesn’t change the fact that I WANT TO TAKE OVER FWR!!!!! Call me greedy but I think it’s the best thing and I’m glad (at this stage) to own NOT The King of The Ring. (I also have FWR and SPQ)
I think the NOT BOD are like me, greedy pigs so if they get FWR they will go for the rest of the area plays too in order to own it all and truly be The King of The Ring. Then maybe we can get sold off to a super major for $20 or $40 a share which would be just fine by me. In order for the above scenario to be achieved we have to take out FWR first.
I’m not looking for an argument I’m just stating my thoughts about what is going on because like the rest of you I have a lot of money at stake. Besides anyone that takes me seriously really has problems just look at my picture. lol
