Rob, for me, I would sell most of my NOT holdings and load up with warrants as long as the price stayed under $0.40. The upside is huge here. If you had to buy NOT now, here is the scenario:
NOT shares: $2.50 X 10 000= $25 000
If NOT goes to $5.00, profit is $25 000
If NOT goes to $10, Profit is $75 000
Now, instead of shares, if you bought warrants at $0.40, that same $25 000 would buy you
62 500 warrants
If NOT goes to $5.00 your profit is $62 500-$25 000 for $37 500, already ahead by 50%
If NOT goes to $10.00 your profit is $375 000-$25 000 FOR $350 000 compared to $75K
So these warrants offered by Noront are a huge incentive that I believe most retail shareholders are not understanding. Hopefully, this explains it well.
