What a pile of crap. There are so many irregularities about Cliff's NR, I don't know where to start. I've stayed out of this fight, but I cannot any longer after reading this latest pile of BS.

I would never invest in Cliffs for the very reasons I see in this NR. Who are they kidding with this ? Based on some of their statements, I suggest that they seek tax advice, not us. Yes, everyone's tax situation is different and so there is a strong need to address this issue, not just blow it off, like Cliffs has in their NR.

And to imply that NOT has no experience in mining and only in exploration is a joke. Just having a look at the people in NOT's management and on their BoD, will tell you the exact opposite very quickly. That statement is EXTREMELY MISLEADING, made by Cliffs in this NR.

I could go on because there is more, but I have better things to do than to waste any more time on Cliffs.
