Just imagine two big dogs doing these trades together.
They sell back and forth and it costs them a maximum of 100,- in transaction costs.

On paper they don't have a loss because big dog one sells them to the other for just one cent lower. In the end all end up with the same ammount of shares they held in the beginning ..
