Should Cliffs aquire Freewest all the promisses and hype that they put out will go on the back burner.

First and foremost, they will say to the Ontario government - No progress on mines from us until road and rail access is provided. Yes, by the public.

They do not need the ferro-chrome just yet. All they need is to be in posession of the resource to be assured of a strategic supply should circumstances necessitate it.

By strategic I do not mean just militarily but mostly economicly.
