With tax implications of 22% capitol gain rate you would have supstantially fewer shares. Almost down to 14,000 depending on tax rate you are in.

Also you could hold your 14,000 shares until stock hits say $10 or more then borrow the money for warrant shares and sell after holding period. This way not triggering any tax issues until end game.
