No. Through tendering shares only. NOT does not need 34% to be a pain in the neck to Cliffs. I presume that most of retail holders will check "AGAINST" on their proxy form.

The unfold part is what will the Uncle Sam's Big Boy do next! Most of financial and mining headlines announced a done deal, "Cliffs becomes a leader in World Chromite Market by acquiring FWR..." Hmmm. CLF face is turning from red to blue... There's gonna be blood...
