You must not have ever heard of automotive companies threatening to close plants unless they get a better deal. I'm in southern Ontario where that mantra is a common occurence. Note that this is of a copper and zinc plant and who has copper?

I am not saying that it is directly applicable ( no mining processing know how from me) because our main interest is nickel but we probably would produce a copper concentrate after the nickel is processed out of the ore.
