FWR conference call - pretty short!

No support for the Cliffs deal, a couple of large FWR holders favored tendering to NOT deal.

Caller Ben suggesting that Pinetree and Rosseau will tender to NOT, combined hold ~17% of FWR, Blair from K2 controls ~2% and will also tender to NOT.

Call ended rather abruptly after several callers voicing negatives about FWR and Cliffs offer being unfair.
