NOT wins 40% or more and now control FWR and their deposits. Noront knows that Chromite on FWR land will not be mined by anyone else now. They know it is 5-7 years before chromite production starts anywhere in the ring of fire. They feel a little vindictive and decide to mine their chromite first. They have enough for 10 years. They let the other 60% of FWR shareholders hold the bag for a very long time...

PS this maybe a scare tactic on my part...but it could also turn out to be reality so there is a huge decision to be made here and doing nothing is a decision that some may regret.
