Hey sudz,

They were drilled in 2009 (based on my understanding of Noront's hole labelling methodology). AFAIK we have no way of knowing when the drilling started or was completed on these holes. A very wide guess would be that they started after August. The intercepts reported are some 500ft from the surface, so they are not super-deep. Assays take a while (more for PGE's and -iums, IIRC), and with these bonanza-grade platinum concentrations I bet there were confirming assay runs.

Noront promised a "flurry" of NR's and this one was great. Who knows when we will get another one? I am confident that we will, and soon. Heck, there was snow on the mountains outside San Jose yesterday! But it seems to me that Noront is holding fast to their promise of letting *everyone* know what's what at the same time, which makes trying to anticipate the date or content of the next NR kindof pointless, IMHO. We need to trust that Mr. Hansen, the management and the BoD know what they are doing and have a strategy they are pursuing.

Put on your helmet and fasten your seat belt. It's going to be a wild ride.

GLTA longs!
