My feeling is that NOT knows it has the backing of institutional share holders, enough to put them well over the 34% they require. That IMO is why they don't have to release news and allow the SP to languish for the moment. Nor do they need to have FWR SHs to tender at this point.....the BOD is over the hump and they are now concentrating on what should happen when this is all over. JMHO
