My guess is that Noront will obtain 53% or more of the FWR shares.

Now, I 'm asking a rather simple question, which may have been previously posed.

If Noront is successful in merging with FWR, would it not be smart for Noront to sell the FWR chromite deposits( and NOT"s own small chrome deposit) to Cliffs, and let Cliffs mine and market the chrome. NOT has always expressed a main focus in mining its Nickel and other fabulous PGE's at Eagles Nest etc. NOT would own all the other FWR mineralization, but sell the chrome to Cliffs which is what they want, and Cliffs could pay for all the rail and necessary infrastructure in the ROF.

Too simplistic?!
