Has anyone considered that are partner just maybe all First Nation Bands in the James Bay Lowlands. There are still outstanding land issues with the Federal gov't. One way to appease everyone maybe to channel monies to First Nation peoples where they could use it to become a major owner and help with infrastucture and ownership of futur developments. Wes and NOT seem to have a very good relationship with Fifst Nation and I see this as Possibility moving forward. TKS for your time RC.
