The institutions know how the game is played so for them it is future prospects for their investments plus tax deterals. With lowering the stock price on low volume, the problem with this take over is if there is still a large % or retail still holding they might not know they are being played. Having invested in the ROF for many years now, I can see a scare tactic or shake out when there is one. Saw too much of this in the early days of E1.
