Penchi,

Wow, you picked a great time to get your feet wet in this one! Based on the news about the reason for the halt, it's not going to help NOT any, but it's far from disastrous.

NOT, FWR and CLF are going at one another like a bar room brawl, I think all sides are right up to the line, and over the line from time to time. But there's a lot at stake, so it's not surprising.

You won't have too long to wait for trading to resume and the market to answer your question definitively!
