Message: BNN is not the place for any objective diligence.

Its not hard to understand your feelings. Although I am stronger FWR holder (but hold both) you look for 3rd party support and verification of your position and your support for a given company. Today's short broadcat was certainly not a strong endorsement for NOT but as you say BNN really spend little time on the small guys.

Having said that you could write the exact same message as yours and substitute FWR where you have written NOT and posted it on the FWR board. It would be just as true and the passion and committment behind it just as strong. That is why we have seen such strong debate and at times name calling on both boards.

The outcome of the FWR takeover (hopefully not in the next short timeframe and hopefully for a lot more) will have a big impact on all ROF companies and we should all be hoping it does not go for $1. I truly feel NOT made a key error right at the start with a hostile takeover attempt (and yes it was planned as they had everything ready to go on the Monday following their initial Friday friendly call).

An agreement between or better yet among a few ROF companies could have paved a yellow brick road for us all. Now we have to fight tooth and nail for every $0.10 bid increase. I hope the Cliff's latest offer is turned down and comanies have a chance to prove up their resources and show what they have.

All IMHO =Wishing

Good luck to all ROF investors
