Yes the have been bypassed .

Of the 51.112,400 shares traded i bet you anything that a good part of them have been bought by CFL or by some other entity for them at a reduced price of the offer .

They will make them count when they have to square off with Noront about who is affiliating the Fwr's lifeless company.

Money in the end will reign supreme and i am sure that they will find a satisfying arrangement for their financial interest hoping that Fwr and Not SHs alike will benefit as well.

One footnote : at this point Fwr SHs adventure comes to an end and Noront SHs will be sailing toward that golden chest waiting for us in the ROF.
