Does the BOD really think that a 217% premium is why FWR shareholders became shareholders? Looks like they've lost just about every ounce of dignity they had, as well as the respect of their shareholders. I guess it doesn't matter to them if they have no plans to run the company after January... they are looking out for themselves.
