The Cliffs amended offer is rather equivalent to a GIC. Some may have blinked on that. Placing a million into 97 cents shares that will be bought by a solid Corporation at 1$ in a month or so. Wow! That kind of situation does'nt happen very often. Last week, I got a huge 75$ for a 25 000 $ cshable GIC. And I will get the peanuts in a full year!!! BB.
