They said that NOT wins because Cliffs has deep pockets and can afford the infrastructure cost which is great from NOT in his opinion.

He also said that they will use the Nickel to fund the Crome, who "they" is, is anyone’s guess. NOT, CLIFFS, ??? One thing is for sure it won't be FWR.

Maybe he is thinking that NOT will be the next target, therefore we will get a run-up like FWR and that's why we will win. (Just speculating)

It's hard to understand people that talk out of their ass; I've been trying to do it for months on the FWR forum.
