Hows this for a theory. NOT never wanted FWR. NOT and their "associates" who did not own 10% saw cliffs waltzing in and taking FWR for a song at $0.35. NOT was in a legal and plausible position to make a bid for FWR. The NOT BOD et al orchestrated an elaborate sting type operation to up the anti for FWR using NOT and its adjacency. If they accumulated 50 million shares all together, it meant for at least a $25 million payday. Once negotiations forced Cliffs into an all cash deal, the risk vaporized, there was no need to put out any further PRs or effort. The associates got a quick payday, NOT got enough cash to delay a PP if they owned any. Associates (instos)can buy NOT when the dust settles at a premium, support share price. NOT goes on its merry way working with its own property proving up Nickel, work the chromite on a small scale probably quicker than Cliffs, and look forward to Cliffs putting in the infrastructure. Everybody wins except us sitting in the retail seats, who have to wait and see if we win.
