When you listen to Craig Stanley, he speaks of the importance of the nickel and you can see that he gets kind of excited about Noronts future.

I think this clip will turn out to be fairly accurate and if you haven't seen it , it's 60 seconds that's well worth watching.

I don't think FWR will be getting another offer and I feel sorry for them because they are not getting their true value. They kind a look like the kid in the commercial holding the cut-out cardboard truck saying, "This is a piece of junk, I want the red truck".
